This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking plus EV charging point. The local bar/shop is in easy walking distance. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain and shops in Confolens. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk away

The orangery of the Domaine du Vignau, has been completely renovated and converted into a cottage (15 pers/320m²). Living spaces are on the garden level where we used to store plants, lemon trees and orange trees. You will benefit from exceptional brightness thanks to the superb canopy and can gather in a comfortable space of more than 60 m² on the 1st floor. You will have access to a private pool and outdoor spa. Cleaning, bed linen/toiletries. Heating fee not included (€50/night).

Cozy home (8p) with pool, tranquility and space

It is a very complete, comfortable and spacious holiday home with many extras such as a heated pool, infrared sauna, fitness room, separate playroom/ relaxation room with table football and table tennis, a large luxury gas barbecue, jeu de boule court and playground equipment for the children. The house is detached and quietly located and has a nice large landscaped garden with two terraces. Thanks to the layout and the space, it is particularly suitable for 2 families (8p).

It was, in the 17th, the "Maison noble de la Chassaigne Barrat". "Chassaigne" meant "oak grove" and "Barrat" barrier ": positioned on the road of the time, moreover on a promontory, it allowed the control (therefore the toll) of the passages. You will appreciate the charm of the now family home, its calm, the walking departures, its small pond for yourself and the view of the limousine countryside with, three kilometers away, Magnac-Laval and its bell tower.

In ppe we do not rent for the winter period but you can contact us and we will see . House located in the countryside near Gueret 5 kms Enjoy with the family this fabulous very spacious accommodation with lots of room for fun. A department offering many tourist and sports opportunities,mountain biking paragliding swimming walk etc...Parking for 5 vehicles is not a problem with the house with alleys and being equipped with an electric gate.
