Hurricane Milton Update: This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is Guest Ready & perfect for Relief & FEMA Workers, Adjusters, Contractors and Locals whose homes have been damaged. This unit was not affected by the storm and totally functional. The only amenity that we cannot offer at this time is the pool. Community Cleanup efforts are in full swing, daily regenerating the landscape, clearing debris & reopening of beaches. Local establishments are also starting to open their doors for business.

This cozy 2 bedroom & 1 bath downstairs getaway has a huge covered 400 sq. ft. deck & ocean views. Toes hit the sand off the deck & just past the dunes is the Gulf! 1 wk stay for holidays + holiday rates. Decorative items removed due to COVID. Pics are preCovid, but cottage is still very cute! If guest loses house key, guest responsible for expense of locksmith, new locks, and new keys.
