Bright, tropical-themed beach house located directly on Madeira Beach 1/2 block from John's Pass Village. This cozy 2 bedroom & 1 bath downstairs getaway has a huge covered 400 sq. ft. deck & ocean views. Toes hit the sand off the deck & just past the dunes is the Gulf! 1 wk stay for holidays + holiday rates. Decorative items removed due to COVID. Pics are preCovid, but cottage is still very cute! If guest loses house key, guest responsible for expense of locksmith, new locks, and new keys.

This adorable pool house is light and airy with plenty of room for 4. There’s a king size bed, queen pullout sofa, dining area, efficiency kitchen perfect for light cooking, oversized closet and a newly remodeled bathroom. Guests have private entrance with small yard and patio of their own, and are encouraged to use the pool and backyard anytime, which we enjoy along with our sweet dogs, Frog and Bella. 3 miles from beach and downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping centers within 1.5 miles.

The condo was not impacted by the storm however, the pool and hot tub are NOT Operable at this time. Community Cleanup efforts are in full swing.
