Watch sea birds over a coffee with high-powered binoculars, cook up a hearty breakfast, then recharge the batteries with a Clifftop, harbour-side or beachfront walk. Arguably the finest view in Folkestone, a panorama to behold, watch the sun rise and set over the English Channel. Guests of Devine View have access to the entire apartment on an exclusive basis, there is a communal stair way serving the middle apartment and Devine View apartment. When possible we like to greet our guests and give a brief introduction to the apartment, we live within a short walk so are generally available should guests need assistance or advice. Devine View sits on the popular East Cliff over looking Folkestone Harbour Arm. A five-minute walk reaches the harbour area, or beautiful cliff top walks are on the doorstep. A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The harbour/seafront is only five minutes downhill walk or via steps. Red Arrows display and much more this coming Sunday 30th June. Watch them from the balcony! There is free unrestricted car parking opposite the apartment. The apartment has WiFi connected.

Beach Retreat. A relaxing stay with a sea views.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

A special place. Direct beach access; wonderful views; spectacular sunsets. Beautifully converted and well equipped. A perfect retreat. A stroll from the Sportsman Restaurant, Oyster Pearl Pub and near lovely Whitstable for shops and restaurants. This light and airy two bedroom flat has French doors opening onto a patio area with communal gardens beyond. The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.
