The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Nýbyggt smáhýsi nálægt hinu fallega og eftirsótta Meðalfellsvatni. Staðsett í Kjós nálægt Hvalfirði eða í 20 mínútna keyrslu frá Þingvöllum og 30 mínútna keyrslu frá Reykjavík. Einnig aðeins 15 mínútna keyrsla að Hvammsvík hot spring. Hér færðu sveitasælu í íslenskri náttúrufegurð en ert samt örstutt frá miðborginni og gullna hringnum. Fullkomin staðsetning. Rafmagn, heitt og kalt vatn og hiti er í húsinu.

Our place is great for families, friends, couples and anyone who loves luxury (with breathtaking mountain view), comfort, luxury bed and linen etc. Close to popular tourist attraction such as Thingvellir, Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon. Excellent brand new jacuzzi which is perfect at the end of the day. There is a very large wooden porch great for outdoor use the whole year.
