It is a central floor on the front line with ocean views next to all the bars and amenities and in front of the harbor. It is a 124 m2 apartment, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with bunk bed and the other a large suit with internal bathroom included. The other bathroom is a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The apartment has 3 air conditioners, one in the living room, and the other two in the bedrooms. The apartment also has a floor heating. To get to the elevator you have to go up some stairs
