Lowe Tide Lake House is a recently remodeled large house that is steps away to Burnside marina ramp! This lake house comes with tons of amenities and features 5 beds and two pull out sleepers to accommodate up to 12 people, 10 adults. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat or two. Partial Lakeview from deck plus a GAME ROOM in the basement! It has full size washer and dryer and large kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 5 TV’s and Wi-Fi/cable included. Two outdoor areas, one covered.

You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

This home is BIG (4,700 sq.ft.) with covered porches, shaded pergola, and expansive patio with a fire pit, gas grill and an above ground pool. We’ve just added a game room in our basement! Looking right over Jamestown and State Dock Marinas, you have a perfect morning view for coffee and can overhear the marina festivities over cocktails in the evening!
