Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Great location just off of I-85 at Exit 14; less than 8 miles to Clemson University, 7 miles to Green Pond Landing, 13 miles to Anderson University, and 1000 feet to Eighteen Mile Creek Boat Landing. Our cottage is located behind our home with a beautiful wooded setting. You will find a tranquil and secluded space, yet be close enough to our areas best restaurants and entertainment. We are also close enough to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a nice day trip.
