There is a floor deck with tables to dine al fresco. This home is located in a community with 24 hour a day security. Must be 25 years old to rent the property

An amazing kitchen with gas and electric stoves, dishwasher, microwave, reverse osmosis filter for drinking and ice for some great cooked meals like your own kitchen. A large covered patio and a 1500 sq ft margarita deck for the beautiful sunsets. NO PETS ALLOWED, garage for owners only. Camera at front door and back patio.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.
