This beautiful beach home has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are master suites. 4 full and 2 1/2 bathrooms. 3 patios. A viewing deck from the roof with views of the ocean and town. Family room on 1st floor, Flat screen Tv, DirecTV and Wifi. Second floor has a gourmet kitchen and a game room with a pool table. This house is just steps to the beach. There is a floor deck with tables to dine al fresco. This home is located in a community with 24 hour a day security. Must be 25 years old to rent the property

This ground floor unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private front patio and great view of the resort. All the bedrooms have King size beds and there is a small pull out sofa in master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The beach is a short walk through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds. Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Relaxing, Quiet Ocean View Condo in Las Conchas

Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condo with a 5-6 minute walk to the beach! The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.
