Great centrally located apartment in a 100+ year-old building with great light. Enjoy quaint surroundings with new amenities within walking distance to all of Maplewood’s attractions. Enjoy short trips to all great St Louis attractions on a quiet street. Apartment was fully renovated in 2009 with additional updates in 2019. Easy access to Hwy 100, 64, and 44. Michael’s restaurant is a 3 Minute walk from your front door. Side project brewing (voted second best US brewery) is 15 min walk.

CHARMING HOME IN ST. LOUIS HILLS

You don't have to get Ted Drewes frozen custard (the most recognized Landmark in the neighborhood) EVERYDAY that you stay at the Carousel Cottage…but you should take the short stroll ( 2 min. walk) and enjoy one of their famous concretes or sundaes at least one time during your stay. Ted Drewes has been operating here for 90 years. Enjoy! PS and Starbucks and Lion Choice are literally next door to my backyard. Also, walk to Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis Park for some delicious Pizza

Welcome to Maplewood, one of St. Louis' most centrally located and popular municipalities! In this space for 1 or 2 people, you'll have a quiet stay with exclusive access to the lower level of my updated 1950s bungalow which offers a separate entrance, private living area, and dedicated work space. Ample parking and a 15 minute walk to restaurants, breweries, and the Metro train station! I live on the main level of the house with my dog Bodhi and am easy to reach if needed.
