Modern villa central in Mariestad. Large child-friendly garden with hot tub, outdoor kitchen, as well as sandbox and patios. 2 floors, upstairs 3 bedrooms. (One with baby bed) dining area, kitchen as well as two toilets, one with bathtub. Large living room with TV plus a large glassed-in patio. Downstairs, large TV room and a large sofa for sleeping. Laundry room with shower. Also a large room with table tennis. Approximately a 15-minute walk to swimming areas, about a 10-minute walk to the city and harbor, which is very nice.

Newly built house with lake location, perfect for relaxing

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Here you live in a newly built house with large, nice lake views as well as lovely nature right next to the house. Here you can take a lovely bath in the jacuzzi, sit back on the jetty, go fishing with the boat or hang out on the large terrace facing the lake. The property offers space for 6 people spread over 3 bedrooms where one of the bedrooms has its own door out onto the terrace. The home includes free fiber fiber and access to 2 TVs and chromecasts.

You are a guest in an old characteristic Swedish villa on a spacious plot on a quiet country road. It is heated with electric radiators, an air heat pump and wood-burning stoves. Because it's a detached home with large windows, it has beautiful bright spaces. From the house you have a beautiful view of the beautiful garden with lots of privacy and cozy sitting areas. From the house you can go hiking and biking through forests and on country roads. There is a beach at 1km distance.

Cosy house with big garden

This is a lovely and comfortable house about 5 minutes from the city center by car and 10-15 minutes by car to nice beaches and nature areas. Here you get everything you could want for a holiday with Lake Vänern and its islands close by but also the Göta Canal 20 km away, cozy restaurants and shopping. Mariestad is a wonderful summer and holiday town. My house is big enough for two people and has all the amenities you could wish for, a good starting point for today's adventures.
