Ground floor apartment at the foot of the dune in the residence the hamlets of the ocean. Access to the beautiful ocean beaches 100m walk away. Bicycle and pedestrian path for lovers of outdoor walks,at the foot of the private garden gate. Various shops nearby (restaurant, supermarket June-August) within walking distance. The apartment is located 10 km from the seaside resort of Lacanau and 5 km from Bombannes and Lake Maubuisson also accessible by the bike path.
