My house is cozy and clean with all brand new furnishings in a nice, quiet neighborhood of St. Paul which is in walkable distance to breakfast, bars, & restaurants including the famous Grand and Summit Avenues. The house has some unique features like a 9' shuffleboard table, board games, a Blue Tooth speaker & a smart TV so you can access your own Netflix or Hulu.
