This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Located just 1 mile from access to Lake Superior, 1/2 mile from the Superior Hiking Trail and 10 minutes from Grand Marais this entire home is an excellent place to set up for a long weekend exploring the Northwoods. Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. A fire pit is available, ( wood furnished), along with a canoe and 2 kayaks You can fish off the dock or bring your own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent. We will except two dogs.
