The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

It is located in the heart of the village, about 10 minutes walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrov harbour. It is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.
