Freestanding cozy but spacious CASITA in relaxing unique backyard within walking distance to the lively "Plaza of Orange", a fun outdoor dining/shopping/antiquing area in Old Town Orange. We are close to Chapman University, 2 malls, outlets, parks, freeways. Disneyland is a 12 minute drive. There is lots of free street parking. Before or after a fun day sightseeing enjoy our relaxing backyard! Friends are allowed but no parties please. Occasionally two Dachsie girls may stop by to say HI!

Lovely a studio beach cottage to accommodate 2 guests (Queen-bed) with full kitchen, refri, microwave, pans, pots, dishes, glasses, it is small but have most of what you need . Conveniently 5-10 Minutes walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance (front door and back door) with 1 reserved parking right at the back door. Peaceful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, total appr 250 sq ft .

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
