With great views and a relaxing atmosphere, the apartment also offers an exclusive private walk to the beautiful Salt Creek and Strands beaches. We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. The location is in the beautiful Ritz Pointe guard-gated community, a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach or a lovely 15 minute stroll down an exclusive path that begins in our community, goes past the Monarch Beach Resort golf course, and down to the sand. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. The entire condo and all the Ritz Pointe amenities are yours to enjoy! - Large pool - 2 jacuzzis - Gym - Kids playroom inside the Clubhouse - Free parking We are here to help anytime you need it. My wife and I are foodies, so if you'd like any recommendations for great restaurants, we can help! A short walk or even shorter drive away from the best beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and boutiques in Orange County, this apartment is the perfect getaway for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for Californian sun, sea, and relaxation. PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise after 10pm in the home. This is a quiet community with neighbors close by so any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund. If you're headed to Laguna Beach, take advantage of the open air trolley located less than a mile from the condo, ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.

Global Chic Apartment in Belmont Shore

A collection of travel posters on the wall greets you with a global vibe as you ascend 1 flight of stairs to the private apartment. Entrance to the "pied-a-terre" is directly off the street, separate from the main house. The open floor plan with French doors and many windows create a bright & cheerful environment. The home is ideally suited for 1 person or a couple. An extra guest may use the sofa in the living room. Guests have use of the cozy side patio for relaxation to the sound of the water fountain. Or, enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail before dinner there. Owners, Al & Colleen, live in the house below and always happy to assist guests with restaurant recommendations or questions about the Belmont Shore area. They will give you plenty of privacy if you prefer or they would join you for a glass of wine, if invited. The home is ideally located 1 block north of 2nd St where restaurants, shops and many other amenities are located. Beaches are within walking distance or a 5-minute drive away. Although the home is in a lively neighborhood, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the tranquil evenings. Belmont Shore is a casual, friendly, walkable town conveniently nestled between Orange County and Los Angeles. A car isn't needed unless you plan to drive to attractions in Los Angeles or Orange County. The bus stop to Long Beach's downtown hotels, the Convention Center, Catalina Landing, etc is 1 block away. Major freeways are nearby: 22 (Garden Grove); 405 (San Diego); and 605 (San Gabriel) are easily accessible from Belmont Shore. Long Beach is a bike-friendly city and there are several places throughout the city to rent one. Parking is plentiful on the streets and a permit isn't required. Be sure to observe street sweeping days of Thursday and Friday mornings. A parking citation runs about $50.

Contemporary and luxury in the city literally less than 6 miles to the beach and to Disneyland. Approximately 4 miles to a large high end outlet mall or South Coast Plaza. Guest will be able to access the entire property. The garage is currently in use for storage of equipment, however the property has 2 separate entrances for at least 5 cars. Street parking is also available. We are a phone call away when you need immediate assistance. A contact card will be available onsite once you've checked in. This private gated home is located on a 10,000 square foot lot in Orange County’s largest city. Artsy Santa Ana boasts galleries, theaters, and creative eateries. Disneyland is about 6 miles away and South Coast Plaza is within driving distance. Although many attractions are nearby, we've noticed that guest staying at our place use Uber or Lyft services to get to and from their destination. The feedback received was that is extremely affordable and cost savings for parking at theme parks or convention centers.

Parking is in your private garage. Great news, the pool and spa area are now fully open! This is a one-of-a-kind property fully remodeled in the complex with an enormous Park of 3 acres a complete children's playground with lots of equipment, Heated pool and Jacuzzi/spa lots of parking, and garage. Everything!! We are always available to our guest via text or phone. We have in addition to myself and my husband a house manager and handyman/contractor -can fix anything -who live 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is located just an eight-minute drive away from Laguna Beach. The property is nestled in a beautiful green area surrounded by walking and equestrian trails, a five acre lawn, playground, basketball court, pool/spa & wonderful neighbors. We have a parking garage dedicated for one car and there is also free uncovered parking right out front.
