Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set. The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two sleeping areas that are separated by a family room. Each sleeping area can be closed off with heavy privacy curtains. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water. The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes. 14th floor, privately owned, two bedroom apartment in the Hotel Riviera Atitlan. Overlooks one of the most beautiful lakes in the world and the number of the unit is 1405. We are on the lake. You have access to parking, restaurant, grounds, beach, swimming pool and the jacuzzi next to the pool. . Beautiful apartment , spectacular view, lovely balcony. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. We have the most 5 star reviews in all Sololá.

DISPONIBLE SEMANA SANTA ANTES DE ALQUILAR PREGUNTAR CONDICIONES. Casa Chinga Chinga se encuentra localizada en una Bahía llena de vida (puede haber ruido) en el Lago más lindo del mundo según National Geografic. El terreno está rodeado de áreas verdes y queda muy cerca de varios pueblos. A la casa puede llegar en carro y desde ahí se puede ir en lancha a todos los pueblos que se encuentran en la orilla del lago.
