This cozy and nice house is an excellent place to stay. It is located in a residential area but remains close to the famous commercial block: Calle Santander and its attractions; restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the pier of the most fantastic and beautiful lake where you can get a boat to explore and visit other little towns, representative of the rich Mayan culture. You can enjoy the place as you'd love: watching a movie on Netflix, having a sauna or working thanks to our strong wi-fi.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in the least touristy town in Lake Atitlan. This old coffee processing factory was converted into a hotel with amazing gardens , lake view, a huge organic food garden and great restaurant. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, great service (7am-9pm lobby and 24 hrs security) and free kayaks. Please note that this room is in the ANNEX of the hotel, NEXT TO THE STREET, so there will be some noise.

Our rooms were built on the lot where it was a Panajachel Café Estate. We are surrounded by native trees, exotic gardens and birds. We have 8 rooms with private bathroom, porch, its own parking and outdoor common areas such as pergola and communal kitchen. We are located in the center of Panajachel, minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars, highlighting that our place is extremely quiet and protected from city noise.
