In the kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee press cutlery, etc.). Showers with an adjacent beach sauna. A composting tree. The sauna is wood-burning. If necessary, we will guide you to the sauna heating. Used in summer and early fall.

The entire cottage and yard area is available for guests to use. There's room for a car in the yard, I recommend renting a car is only an hour away. The cottage is beautifully located by the river. The forest and nature are within walking distance, and there's a general campfire site nearby where you can go for a sausage and enjoy a campfire.In winter, you can look at the stars in the sky from the big windows of the cottage and look for the Northern Lights. The cottage has a sofa bed that is 120cm wide.

Spend memorable holiday in our traditional lodge next to river Kemijoki. 15 minutes/13km drive from Citycenter, Rovaniemi airport and Santa Claus village. Peaceful place away from citylights where you can seek auroras from home yard. Possible to book a different trips or activities straight from us. Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Private island and small cabin

1ha Private island, small cabin and lakeside sauna. Beds for 4-6. Gas stove, 2x fireplace. One separate bedroom and in the living room there's two sofas suitable for sleeping. Electricity comes from the sun and, if necessary, from generator. Outdoor sauna (no shower) and outhouse (no WC). Water from well. You can swim directly from the sauna at your own small sandy beach, or you can even splash into the water from the pier. Access to island by boat takes about 6 minutes.

On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.
