A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

We rent for a peaceful time, not a party. 2 bedroom+barn - sauna, 2 showers, indoor& outdoor toilet, tv, DVD, wii, PS3, netflix, fireplace, integrated sound, internet. Lots of dishes. Here you can enjoy the quiet in the woods, lounging in the great sauna, or even in the hot tub (including April-November, other times €170/accommodation). This sauna needs to be experienced!
