A unique and fresh log house in the heart of Pispala. Large windows, as bright as a studio. Air source heat pump with cooling function. There is about 35m2 + loft 16m2. Brunch lunch cafe is located opposite, there is also a K-market and beach nearby. The house is located in a quiet courtyard. There are staircases on the pathways. Wifi. Keypad, Check-in 24h. Sleeping arrangements: 160cm wide double bed and 80cm sofa bed in the cottage. A double bed 140cm wide in the loft and a single bed 80cm wide.

You can experience the lake Pitkävesi by swimming or by our rowing boat, canoe, kayak or sup board. During the winter you can dip into the ice hole or walk on the snow with the snowshoes. Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

Bus 1,3 km, Lielahti center 4,8 km, Tampere city center 11 km and Tampere events arena (Nokia Arena) 13 km. 2 showers, 1 toilet and 1 woodburning sauna Linen and towels are included.
