A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

It is 5 minutes to Westbahnhof railway station and close to Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's largest shopping street. From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Apartments Description The apartment is modern and elegant and has room for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of an anteroom, living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and a hairdryer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe.. Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

My apartment is located in the absolutely quiet Hinterhaus in the middle of the lively Brunnenviertel, next to the famous Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz. It is very centrally located with a tram stop right outside the front door (with the "Bim" you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, 1st district), the subway just around the corner at the belt. Various shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity.
