A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

Quiet apartment in the Brunnenmarktviertel

My apartment is located in the absolutely quiet Hinterhaus in the middle of the lively Brunnenviertel, next to the famous Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz. It is very centrally located with a tram stop right outside the front door (with the "Bim" you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, 1st district), the subway just around the corner at the belt. Various shops, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity.

On the first and only floor of the Biedermeier house is the large apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Modern, timeless & practical. New: air conditioning (central). 6 apartments and the installer company of our ancestors (since 1888) are located under the same roof. A few minutes walk away: Mariahilfer Straße, numerous grocery stores, culture and diverse gastronomy, public transport.

It's perfect for long-term stays & home office. Wi-Fi over 100 MBits. Kitchen, Nespresso machine, microwave, stove. Vienna inn with inn garden on the ground floor. Tram stop opposite, 15 minutes to the city, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, doctor within 5 minutes. Parking: weekly ticket BOE garage opposite approx. €50,- Not suitable for children under 12.
