It has door step access to numerous scenic walks for both the seasoned walkers or those who enjoy more gentle strolls.

Cosy accommodation for four in a small village. Access via external metal stairs to open plan living area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other with two singles. Bedding and towels provided, electric heating in all rooms and free private off road parking. One mile from Hay-on-Wye (just over a mile away) with plenty of local walks. An elevated position looking towards the Dolfor hills, giving panoramic views over the old mill town of Newtown. A short walk into the town and the River Severn. An ideal base for walking, canoeing and cycling and anyone wishing to enjoy the beautiful countryside of Powys. Our apartment is modern, quirky, cosy and private with ample, easy parking. Given the location, the access is steep and although tarmaced, may not be suited to elderly, infirm or inexperienced drivers.
