Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Inn" serving good home cooked food. Stone outhouse with cosy living room, electric woodburner and kitchenette. Double bed in loft room and compact shower room. Beautiful views of the valley and hills from a private terrace. Use of secure private garden. Private parking, an EV charger and use of kayaks for the Brecon canal. The walk to Crickhowell is 20 minutes. A perfect base after a walk, comfy sofa and bed, tray tea in front of the fire or eat out at the local pubs.
