Next door to breakfast (Tenth West Café formerly Icebox Café), coffee (Coffee Mind coffee shop) and massage (Classique Queen Anne Spa). Short walk to Macrina bakery. Few blocks away from Queen Anne Avenue where you can sip coffee at eclectic cafes, eat chocolate at Chocopolis, and read at a local bookstore. Shop for unique fashions at various boutiques, eat French pastries at La Reve bakery and get your zen on at one of the yoga/pilates studios. This outstanding apartment was built for a Son and Daughter-in-Law with very good taste. On the second floor of a home, very private, surrounded by trees, even though it is a city home. Lots of natural light, and everything to help you feel you are in your home away from home, including a deck BBQ, full kitchen and very comfortable queen beds. AND, we will do everything we can to make your stay a positive experience. QA is one of Seattle's more desirable neighborhoods and one of the safest.

Impeccable, newly renovated space nestled among giant trees. Complete with hardwood floors, skylights and cathedral ceilings. You'll wake up each morning in the loft with views of the Olympic Mountains. The outdoor deck overlooks a yard with huge redwoods and a water feature. This one bedroom loft is a fully detached independent ADU on the property behind our home. We live on the main property and are generally nearby if needed; however, the loft is designed with respect for your privacy.

Inspired by the show Tiny House Nation, I thought it would be fun to convert my small detached garage into my vision of a comfortable and modern living space with all the amenities. It's approx. 210 sq ft or 11 x 19 ft but has the feel of a much larger place . We are located in an amazing spot on the top of Queen Anne. Macrina's Bakery is just 100 ft along with the #2 Metro bus to take you downtown in just 10 minutes. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood!
