Completely renovated and new extension in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

Peaceful and spacious single-family home with 100 meters to fresh water and short distance to the sea with boat space. 20 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Double garage with large outdoor area. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, sleeps about 9 people. Kitchen and laundry are available. Barbecue bu with fireplace with plenty of space. Comforters and pillows available, but tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included, the tenant must do their own laundry. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available.

Idyllic southern house, right on the beach. The house is sunny with a fantastic view of the sea. Here you will find unique hiking, fishing and swimming facilities. The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

Hybel leies out in a rural location, dorm is at the end of our house 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 sofa with space for two TV and internet Dishwasher and refrigerator Washing machine and a small drying rack ,living room,kitchen, Sitting group out with BBQ, in season. Play theater on the outside can be disposed of but must be shared with our kids if they are at home Lots of sun and nice views of a water. No bus connection from us. 5km to the Southern Center/ Zoo 14 km to Kristiansand 11 km to little sand

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min) Dyreparken (30 min), university in Agder (20 min) , and with Beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. New log house with stunning views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

200 sqm new single-family home from 2023 which is perfect for 2 or more families with children. Lovely view, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Swimming area and several playgrounds nearby. 8 km from the zoo and 9 km from the center of Kristiansand. Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.

Place with perfect location on Søm in Kristiansand, 10 minutes by car to the city center, the zoo, Sørlandsparken, Kjevik and child-friendly beach at Hamresanden. There are also beaches on Søm 15-20min walk away. Everything is new spring-2022 The bus often goes right outside the home to easily get around. Big garden with table/chairs and lawn with evening sun after long days on the go.
