Blockhaus Seggauberg

Das Blockhaus verfügt über einem Vorraum der als Raucherraum genutzt werden darf. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist mit einem Kachelofen, einem TV sowie einer Sitzecke für 6 Personen für gemütliches Zusammensitzen ausgestattet. In der angrenzenden Küche befindet sich ein Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen sowie ein Hauseigener Weinschrank mit ausgesuchten heimischen Weinen (gegen Bezahlung). Des Weiteren befindet sich im Untergeschoss das Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und WC. Eine wunderschöne Holztreppe führt über den ersten Stock des Hauses. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafräume für maximal 6 Personen. Dabei sorgen die in allen Zimmern vorhandenen Boxspringbetten für erholsamen Schlaf. Eines der Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit einzigartiger Aussicht zum Genießen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Es gibt auch ein zweites Bad mit Wc im Obergeschoss. Bei Absprache steht auch ein Gitterbett für die Kleinsten zur Verfügung.

New brick house, wooden facade, clay plaster inside, wood. Large living room with kitchen, dining and lounge area (sofa) with fireplace. Wooden floors, chic bathroom. Spacious exercise room with generous views to the south and southwest. Outside: (wood-fired)sauna, bathtub with bath oven, farm garden for berry seasoning, tea and spice herbs. Plenty of space and peace (hardly any light pollution) and just a stone's throw from the South Styrian Wine Route. This small oasis allows you to regenerate and relax.

A very stylish house with 3 rooms and space for 6 people. About 5 km from the city center of Deutschlandsberg and 35 km from the capital Graz. There are many attractions such as the castle DLBG or the wine-growing area of Kitzeck, etc. In addition, the €1.50 fee per adult(guest)/night is payable on site. The garage and the basement is not part of the rental. Garage and basement are privately used by us.

The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room with 1 large pull-out sofa, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.
