Old redwood deck. Lived in part-time--our stuff is there. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge & range. Quality beds, dressers, closets & big dining table for 10. Enough room for 2 families, 1 Cal King, 1 Queen, bunk beds of two twins and 2 full beds. Less than a mile from the Black Sand Beach. We also have 30 and 50 Amp 240 volt outlets in the garage to plug in your electric car. We do not provide the car charger, please bring your own.
