Old redwood deck. Lived in part-time--our stuff is there. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge & range. Quality beds, dressers, closets & big dining table for 10. Half a mile from the beach, the boat ramp and both Shelter Cove restaurants. Walk to the house from your plane or your golf game.
