Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Magical Sunset” apartment can address your needs… This is an 80m2 penthouse apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one double and one triple), two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with large sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea view. Open your 3 glass sliding doors and turn your terrace into a part of your living space! The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 5 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The first bathroom has an enclosed shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The apartment comes with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home. -Complete cookware (pots, pans, bake ware, etc.) -Full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove/oven -Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery and coffee maker -Bed linen and extra blankets - Complete set of towels - Two air conditioning units and window coverings - Terrace with table and 6 chairs - Retractable awning to cover terrace on hot days For those with a car, we are less than 10-min drive from Split, Dalmatian metropolis and Croatia's second largest town. Buses run every half an hour and will take you to the very center of Split or other place along the coast like Omis, Makarska or Dubrovnik. The apartment is away from the crowds and the bustling area of Split but very easy access to this great city! We are located in a great spot serving you for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. We provide beach lounge Chair, that will allow you the relaxation and comfort on the beach for sunbathing or for an evening sunset at the edge of the sea. We also have parasol to enjoy the beach and keep the sun away. Historic Stone Studio in the Center of Split

Studio has large kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and large fridge with deep freeze. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer. Guests also have large Smart TV, free WiFi, digital receiver and Netflix. You can relax on a small terrace in front of the studio. Guests use the keypad on the side door to enter the studio. Prior to arrival, we will send you the code to open the door. Studio is located 500 m from UNESCO - protected Diocletian's Palace, St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil and sandy beach Bacvice. You can enjoy a simple stroll through the famous promenade Riva Split or visit Marjan Forest Park which offers pleasant walks under the pines by the sea. If you are more adventurous, ideal one day trip can be Omis, the river Cetina which offers many activities such as rafting, horseback riding and canoeing. Bus station and ferry are 5 minutes away on foot . Studio is 200 m away from restaurants, supermarkets and famous market Pazar with home-made products. In case you want to run from city noise you can make one day trip or excursion to islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis by ferry or speed boat which can be organized by the host. The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
