Split, situated on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, is the most beautiful town in the world according to all of those who experienced its unique charm. City is filled with cultural and historical landmarks that live today in the unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. No hidden prices (blankets, sheets, towels are provided and internet, air condition, tourist tax are included in the price). Welcome to Stobrec Split Riviera Croatia! P.S. Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

There is beautiful house in small place Podstrana near Split( 9 km) It is situated behind poplular hotel Le Meridien,5 minutes to the beach(shortcut without crossing the road ,only with stairs.The exit to the beach is through the tunnel below the main road).Apartment is newly renovated (2019.)Apartment consist 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom,living room with sofa bed,kitchen and dinning room.It has balcony with a beatiful view .
