Little Brookfield. Lovely accommodation in a tranquil private setting on the Pepe River, close to the Pepe bridge/walkway. Healthy, quality HRV home with total house filtered water system and double glazing. A private wing with it's own entrance. Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. The Spinney - a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and cosey. The property has been renovated over the winter. New kitchen, cladding and windows etc. Patio to side and a decking to the front to enjoy the bush, bird songs and great sunsets. Stunning views. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval. Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

Situated at the start of the Kauearanga Valley with numerous bush walks and river swimming nearby. Close to the rail trail for biking or into town for a coffee.
