This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Superb bird's eye view over stunning Mercury Bay

Our relaxed family friendly 3 bedroom holiday house is in a peaceful location overlooking the small town of Whitianga. It has stunning views night and day of Mercury Bay, the harbour, township and Coromandel ranges. It is a short drive down to Brophey’s, Buffalo or Simpson's (Wharekaho) Beach. The house is on a large section, with plenty of parking. This house is also our bach and we intend to personally meet and greet our guests. We have just had fibre installed and WiFi connected.

Newly renovated Bach for sun sea and relax

The Spinney - a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and cosey. The property has been renovated over the winter. New kitchen, cladding and windows etc. Patio to side and a decking to the front to enjoy the bush, bird songs and great sunsets. Stunning views. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval. Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

The Blue Bach

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over the hills, stroll a few hundred metres to the golden sand beach, or across the common to the village for coffee and shopping. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.

This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

The views are stunning! The house very comfortable. You will agree, this is a special place. There is so much to do from kayaking, to chartered fishing adventures, Hot Water beach & Cathedral Cove a short drive away. The house works well for couples, business travellers, families. Linen is included in the cleaning fee, so bedding & towels are excellent quality. Beach towels can be provided on request for an additional charge.
