On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom/laundry room. On the second floor there is a large living room, bathroom, a bedroom as well as two balconies (west facing and east facing). The outdoor areas consist of two terraces, large garden with greenhouse and trampoline. 3 cats live here They have their own room with chipped cat door. Nicely renovated house with a great view located in a quiet hillside street. If you want a worry-free rental, this is the place you're looking for! Here you can feel at home. Everything is arranged for a comfortable stay. The cat may be a little skeptical at first, but it doesn't take longe before he becomes comfortable. He loves to cuddle! It is important to know that locking him outside is NOT an option. If you don't like cats, this house is not for you, as he is my dearest possesion :)
