Newly built cottage with private beach and good sun conditions!

A newly built and lavish cottage with shoreline, boathouse and floating dock. 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds in all rooms. 2 living rooms, both equipped with smart TV and Apple TV. Wireless internet with high speed fiber network. Very nice bathroom with bathtub and large shower. Private laundry room with washing machine. Large terrace with lovely views and very good sun conditions. The area around the cabin is very good for fishing. There is a great golf course just 1 km away from the cabin. Canoe comes with the cabin and can be used freely.

Welcome to the pearl of Solvik! Enjoy a rich property with a shoreline to the south, at scenic Ålvundfjord! The cabin is fully renovated and partly new in 2021. How about enjoying fjord views from the rocks or from a comfortable outdoor sofa under the roof with fresh coffee? Or bath life and lazy days on the rocks? Hiking opportunities in the area are close to endless. Rental of rowboat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, to boat experts (only May 18 - September 5) Two rooms with double bed, as well as bunk beds, loft, alcove, baby bed.

An Idyllic resort overlooking both fjords and mountains. Here you have access to a fantastic boathouse with jetty where you can enjoy your holiday in tranquility and in sheltered surroundings. No matter what nature you prefer, you have everything you need close by. Here it is possible to go on nice mountain hikes, fish from the jetty or go on a mushroom and berry in the forest close by. It is occasionally possible to rent a boat with a motor. This has to be agreed with those at the neighboring farm for a sum.

Holiday home in a unique location in Bøfjorden in Surnadal. Beachfront and private jetty. 2 kayaks Short way to the off. beach. Steakjorden is a nice starting point for great mountain hikes. Shop in the immediate area. Well equipped kitchen. Heat pump and wood stove. Washing machine. Hot tub in spring/summer season. Use of hot tub must be agreed, price NOK 400 at first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented for quiet law enforcement. Parties not allowed. Please leave the place tidy and clean

A cabin located only 10m from the sea and possibilities to rent a boat 5 minutes' walk away. (18ft Utteren 56 with 50hk engine) The cabin has a big terrace where you can relax and use the grill. If it's chilly, the winter garden is a great place to dine. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwaser. Living area with TV and Apple TV. Bathroom with shower and a washroom with washing machine and dryer. Sleeping area on the 2nd floor (2 rooms and a loft)
