Central Apartment for rent, in nice southern town Arendal. Walking distance to the city center, about 15-20 min. (One can walk through the tunnel by the train station, across Bendikskleiv, or around down by the water). There is also a bus about every half hour just up the hill here. Private parking space belonging to the apartment. 2 bedrooms - Measurement on the beds: (180x200 - Medium/Fixed), and 140x200). Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large plating with a possibility of grilling. Note: There are stairs down to the apartment.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Cozy and seaside apartment

The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential house. It is less than a 5 minute walk down to a great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activity offerings are within short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally sourced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go out to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich offer of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromsøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Free parking with possibility to charge an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every 15 minutes and 45 minutes to Dyreparken. Pets welcome. The apartment is a part of 1etg in existing residential house with a private entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and cozy It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There's also a separate secluded patio with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children The area is quiet and kid-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that are possible to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

The apartment is nicely located in nature. Bridge fire in the apartment with maps of great built up trails for peak hikes in the downmillo . The apartment is bed a river with good swimming and the fishing possibility. It's a good place for couples, people traveling alone, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths during the ski season.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.
