Secluded holiday home, forest and the sea.

The house is from 2001, the architect sign and cladding in the Osp. It is completely unobtrusive, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders the Raet National Park on Tromøya. More beaches 5-10 min away by car or boat. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a total of 8 (9 upon request) beds. There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that needs to be watered, but it can also be harvested ...

The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to evening. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ The accommodation is located in the middle of the island with proximity to both the sea, city, country, and great swimming opportunities. Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Hybel leies out in a rural location, dorm is at the end of our house 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 sofa with space for two TV and internet Dishwasher and refrigerator Washing machine and a small drying rack ,living room,kitchen, Sitting group out with BBQ, in season. Play theater on the outside can be disposed of but must be shared with our kids if they are at home Lots of sun and nice views of a water. No bus connection from us. 5km to the Southern Center/ Zoo 14 km to Kristiansand 11 km to little sand

New log house with stunning views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Downtown south country house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic items will be available at your disposal. Everyone who rent from us will be greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

House 5 meters from the seaside, Wi-Fi & 3 bedroms

Idyll at the seaside. Sunny patio right outside the door, with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Lovely for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

New spacious villa on Hisøy near Arendal.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

Small cozy apartment in Kongshavn, located above the garage, with its own large jetty, sea buzzer that also has 2 accommodations and kitchen facilities. Fantastic location at Tromøysund. Sun until late at night, swimming by your own pier. Proximity to beach, grocery store and bus connection to the city.
