Also two chairs and table just outside to enjoy the garden. We live in a & safe up scale established neighborhood. Our home is 5 bedrooms, 4 bath, (3 are suites with king and queen beds & private bathrooms), 8 beds and a sleeper sofa, huge game room & amazing outdoor living area. We have a private fenced pool and huge yard on the fairway of River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes West of Balch Park, home of the largest trees in the world.
