Beautiful ranch style two bedroom apt. in our barn. Bathroom has a shower & separate vanity/sink area. Living room has a sofa TV, VCR, WIFI. There is a desk area, small fridge, coffee maker, water kettle conv. oven/air fryer & a single burner. Central AC/ heat. This gated property is situated on 20+ acres in and against the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is a working ranch so there are comings and goings of ranch workers and ranch noises and of course summertime ranch dust!

Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

The Manor House, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in Tulare California it is located 1 mile off the 99 highway and 2.5 hrs. North of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park and the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and Instant hot water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location.
