In the middle of the Oetz, your holiday home is located. The town center is a short walk away. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. There is also an additional separate bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom. From the covered balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. On the 2nd floor, there is another SZ with a double bed. A new cozy terrace has been at your disposal since autumn 2020.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil und eine interessante Geschichte. Das Seehaus wurde bereits in den 30er Jahren vom berühmten Graf von Zeppelin erbaut.
