House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
