The modernly designed semi-detached house is located in a central but quiet location in Überlingen with beautiful views of the Alps, the Insel Mainau and Lake Constance. It is about 950 m to Überlinger Seepromenade, 700 m to the old town 700 m. At the same time, the great nature with cycling and hiking trails can be reached in only a few meters. Beautiful walks or bike rides you can start right at your doorstep.

Time travel in old villa directly on the lake

The ideal holiday for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time here for all the things that are important to you. When looking out of the window, you can see the lake over the park and watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, you can walk through the Eriskircher Ried.
