Great Location 2BR with SPA at the property

If you love nice surroundings at the city center, my place is just right for you. This has especially been designed for diplomats or anyone who is about to come to Helsinki for a longer period (there is availability also shorter stays as well when we are traveling). Your home would be right next to Uspenski Cathedral and all the main attractions of the city. Here are the Bridge of Love Locks, the Helsinki Sky Wheel, the Helsinki Fly Tour multi experience movie theater (flying experience over Helsinki), Allas Sea Pool Helsinki, the Market Square, The Presidential Palace, City Hall, The Old Market Hall, Helsinki Cathedral, the Helsinki City Museum and ferries to the fortress Suomenlinna (and Tallin, Estonia). Right beside these are the main shopping area and department stores of the city. This apartment is a brand new (2019) renovation/conversion at old commercial building from 1940's. Designed by architect Toivo Paatela. The apartment has nice views to park named after creator of Moomin characters, Tove Jansson. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, stove/oven, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee makers. There is a hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and a vacuum cleaner. Katajanokka ferry terminal (ferries to Tallin) is just a 600-meter walk (or two minutes with tram #5) from my apartment. PLEASE NOTICE! Bedrooms are tiny (8m2), and the second bedroom offers no natural light, and it is very quiet, which makes it great for daytime naps. BEDS: Standard set up is one queen bed in both bedrooms. We can divide those into single beds, if needed

Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

This newly refurbished and tastefully decorated apartment has everything you need - king bedroom, a living area with a sleeper sofa and kitchen, wifi and washing machine. My 47,5 sq.m. flat is situated in a neighborhood close to the City Center and all the great things Helsinki has to offer. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to explore Helsinki. Enjoy jacuzzi for extra charge 60€ per day. Cook in kitchenette and wash laundry. 150m to buss stop directly to Helsinki city center 35-50min. depending on the traffic. To airport 10 km. Cottage is meant for 2 people (no parties, no extra guests). Day guests can be agreed separately for 25€/person. Our own house is in the same garden.

Downtown, a stylish studio, great for shop & dine!

A big (32 m2) studio downtown with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. There is plenty on storage place, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a separate shower and a toilet. The studio has a iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, washing machine and free Wifi. You will have first class bed linen and towels. If I have no incoming guest the check out time is flexible. On weekends the check in time is flexible as well. Both the bed and the sofa/bed are 140 cm wide.

It is about 25 min from the airport, and 30 min from Helsinki center by car. Supermarkets are just 5 min away by car. Able to fit up to 4 persons (double bed on the loft + separate bedroom). This apartment is a true gem! In this cozy apartment you can feel the real old times atmosphere. Tram and bus stop are close by. Location is close to downtown with many nice restaurants nearby.
