Creative getaway

Built in the 1950s, the Kulturhaus is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. Two holiday apartments were created for guests. The hall of the Kulturhaus is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site, in addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The apartment is around 40 sqm. As furnishings you will find a large bed, armchair and couch to relax, as well as a kitchenette and dining table, all in one room. The bathroom has an accessible shower. The skylights have a sunscreen roller and separate screen shade. The courtyard garden is the place of perfect rest. A gas grill , various seating is available there. Water sports, swimming are fixed options at the lake plateau.

Super nice loft with lake property in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Free parking in the yard. Opposite is a wonderful beach but also on the farm I offer a swimming spot.
