The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

This accommodation does not have its own private pool and sauna, but these can be used free of charge for you due to the wellness vouchers in neighboring Steigenberger.

Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Only 200 m from the Röblinsee is the new holiday home. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.

In addition, our guests enjoy the beach chair, the existing two sun loungers, as well as an existing barbecue.

Wouldn't it be nice if the beach was just a few steps away and you still don't have to forego anything? The bakery where you can get the buns in the morning - just down the stairs. Good restaurants, Italian ice cream and the fish bun in between - around the corner. It is a holiday of the short distances where you can spend more time with what is the most fun on vacation: to relax and just enjoy the day.
