Lovely apartment in a beautiful old villa

This is a lovely apartment on top floor under the roof of an old wonderful villa with 3 rooms on 1st floor. The top floor has got its own bath and mini-kitchen. The bed can easily be separated into two proper single beds (1x2 m each). However, the stairs to top floor are quite steep so one needs to be a bit careful when walking up and down to 1st floor. The main kitchen at the basement is to share. You have the beautiful park at your doorstep with the city being in walking distance.

The finca is very idyllically located . Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from Erfurt. The exclusive equipment with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three equals is unique. You can hike from here to the forest house in 15 minutes. There is delicious Italian /German food and home-brewed beer. There is also a bus to Erfurt. Bicycle/hiking tours are possible on site. Fitness/Yoga separately bookable.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, the rest of the year great for hiking, cycling and SightSeeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and more. Our sauna requires a short preparation. If you would like to use the sauna, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you are also welcome to use. Hot tub is currently broken.

The idyllically located cottage with a size of about 50 square meters has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy cottage is located in the beautiful climatic spa town of Finsterbergen,directly on/in the forest and very close to the Rennsteig ( 5km ). Because of the location, it provides an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest bath with volleyball, mini golf and the tennis court are about 200 m away.
