Cozy apartment in a quiet location with a balcony

The apartment is on the ground floor and is nice and cool in the summer. It was completely refurbished and loving ,with a lot of craftsmanship, self-designed by us. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....there is no noise to be expected)😉The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop,which I operate commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright ,spacious and friendly . Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. As a host, I live on site and am always available for questions. There are books and games.

My place is close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants, Culture & Art (E-Werk), experimental theatre (German National Theatre), the creek "Ilm", park, city center, Art House Cinema, exhibitions and festivals. You’ll love my place because of the atmosphere and the bright light from 5 big windows, the ambiance, the people you will meet in E-Werk, where you also can chill out & grill. My place is good for couples, small groups and families with kids (baby bed & high chair exist).

Cozy small cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance to the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor sitting area with table for guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in-shower. No kitchen!
